A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join a boutique professional services firm based in Melbourne CBD. This role will suit someone who enjoys a broad position combining office administration with corporate secretarial and compliance support within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will assist with ASIC compliance, entity setup and maintenance, corporate documentation, client correspondence and day to day office administration. The position offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to become a key support person across the business. Key Responsibilities: General office administration supporting the firms partners Supporting company, trust and entity registrations Assisting with ASIC compliance and corporate documentation Maintaining records and updating information through CAS 360 Liaising with clients and external authorities including ASIC and the ATO Coordinating electronic signing and document management General office administration, scheduling and client support Assisting with invoicing, onboarding and ad hoc administration tasks About You: Previous administration experience within public practice or professional services Exposure to corporate secretarial/compliance duties highly regarded Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach Experience with Microsoft Office and ideally CAS 360/Xero If you are looking to join a professional yet down-to-earth environment where you can add real value, apply now for a confidential discussion.
